Refunds & Cancellation

How the subscription renews, how to stop it, and what we refund. Written to be read before you buy.

Last updated 15 September 2026.

1. The trial comes first

Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. You do not need a card to start it. If the trial ends without a plan, the console becomes read-only: your data stays visible and exportable, and nothing is charged.

If you choose a plan during the trial, your card is taken at Stripe Checkout but not charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before then, you are not charged at all.

2. How the subscription renews

After any trial, your subscription is charged monthly in advance, per device, for the number of devices set in your subscription, and renews automatically until you cancel. The price shown is the total you pay. Invoices are available in the billing portal.

3. Cancelling

Cancel at any time, yourself, from Billing → Open the billing portal in the console. It takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for; you keep full access until then and are not charged again. Nothing is deleted at cancellation: the console becomes read-only and your data stays exportable for 30 days.

If you cannot use the portal, send us a message through the contact form (choose “Billing, cancellation or a refund”) or email info@nikah-ai.com, from or naming the email address on the account, and we will cancel for you. Your cancellation is effective from when we receive your message, even if our confirmation follows later.

4. Refunds we give

  • A duplicate or mistaken charge — refunded in full.
  • A charge taken after you cancelled — refunded in full.
  • Your first paid invoice — if you cancel within 14 days of the first charge, we refund that invoice in full, whatever the reason.
  • A serious failure of the service that we cannot fix — refunded pro rata for the affected period.

5. Refunds we do not give

After the first invoice, we do not refund the part of a month already paid for if you cancel part-way through it; you keep the service until the end of that month instead. If your plan or device count turns out to be wrong, change it in the billing portal and Stripe adjusts the next invoice pro rata.

Nothing on this page affects your legal rights, for example if the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill.

6. If you are a consumer

WatchTower is sold to businesses and other organisations, and signing up confirms you are acting for one. If you are nonetheless an individual buying for purposes outside any trade, business or profession, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from the day you subscribe to cancel without giving a reason. Tell us by any clear statement (the contact form or email is easiest). We will refund everything you have paid, in full, within 14 days of hearing from you, to the payment method you used.

7. How to ask for a refund

Use the contact form (choose “Billing, cancellation or a refund”) or email info@nikah-ai.com, giving your organisation name and the invoice. We aim to reply within 5 working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method, always within 14 days of our agreeing them. If we refuse and you disagree, reply and say so and the director will review it.
