Anything with the agent installed and enrolled. Servers and workstations count the same. Your subscription is for the number of devices set when you subscribe; change that number in the billing portal as your estate grows or shrinks. A device you remove stops counting towards your plan's device limit.
No. You do not need a card to start. If you choose a plan during the trial, your card is taken at checkout but not charged until the trial ends; after that you are charged monthly until you cancel. If you do not choose a plan, the console becomes read-only at the end of fourteen days and nothing is charged.
Yes, at any time in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. See the refunds & cancellation policy.
